A GESTÃO EDUCACIONAL: SEUS ANTECEDENTES HISTÓRICOS E ELEMENTOS CONCEITUAIS.

Resumo: Este artigo trata fundamentalmente da questão da Gestão Educacional, enquanto paradigma na condução da escola pública, considerando o contexto sócio-político, econômico e legal em que este processo se desenvolve, o qual se caracteriza pela busca da participação ampla dos sujeitos, pela descentralização do poder decisório e das ações administrativas e pela autonomia da escola.

O artigo aborda ainda as duas concepções em andamento na sociedade Brasileira: uma que se sustenta na concepção da Gestão Compartilhada e a outra numa concepção de Gestão Democrática e Participativa, descreve as orientações e elementos conceituais das mesmas.

Abstract: This article treats fundamentally of the Educational Administration, while paradigm in the conduction of the public school, considering the context social, political, economical and legal in that this process grows, which is characterized by the search of the wide participation of the subjects, for the decentralization of the power decisório and of the administrative actions and for the autonomy of the school.

The article still approaches in process the two conceptions in the Brazilian society: one that is sustained in the conception of the Shared Administration and the other in a conception of Democratic Administration and Participativa describes the orientations and conceptual elements of the same ones.
